putting them at risk for chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart
disease, and some cancers.10 Just over 1 in 3 young adults ages 17 to 24
are too heavy to join the U.S. armed forces.11 Obesity costs the U.S.
health care system nearly $173 billion a year. Arthritis affects 53.2 million adults in the
United States, approximately 1 in 5 adults. 13 It is a leading cause of
disability in the United States and a leading cause of chronic pain.
Arthritis-attributable medical costs and lost wages exceeded $300
billion in 2013. Alzheimer's disease, a type of dementia, is an
irreversible and progressive brain disease that affects nearly 7
million Americans, including 1 in 9 adults aged 65 and older.
Two-thirds of these older adults (4.2 million) are women. Deaths from
Alzheimer's disease more than doubled between 2000 and 2021, with a 141%
increase. The cost of caring for people with Alzheimer's and other
dementias is estimated at $360 billion in 2024, with projected
increases to nearly $1 trillion (in today's dollars) by 2050. This is the source of information that anyone can confirm.
THE SOLUTION LIES IN A DECISION, SAYING YES, YES Pharmaceutical companies have been accused for decades
of profiting from people's illnesses. They've had the definitive cure
for some diseases, but they've hidden the cure for those diseases and
created medications so people would continue buying them, which only

employees. I have been dealing with this issue for many years. This has
been an issue in Puerto Rico for over 40 years. I am in Barranquilla,
Colombia, working in the Evangelistic Ministry, and I assure you that I
have detected ghost employees in this municipality, on such a scale that
it affects the economy of over 1.2 million inhabitants. But you know
what? If I even suggest an audit to detect all the money theft by these
ghost employees, it is the ultimate insult and is like insulting your
mother.
Over the years, this method of creating ghost employees,
or employees who meet the requirements for the job, or are simply
politically ineffective, exists in every country.
There's another reality, which may involve undocumented
immigrants. People buy Social Security cards from people immersed in the
drug world and sell them for cash. That's why there are so many
employees with someone else's Social Security number.
The most direct, but slow, method is a direct audit of
federal jobs. Which is what I imagine they're already doing.

domestic economy. To all these presidents, I say: boost your economy,
eliminate corruption, create jobs, be competitive, and eliminate the
political clans that hold countries hostage.
