His Excellency Xi Jinping
President, People’s Republic of China
c/o His Excellency Cui Tiankai
Embassy of the People’s Republic of China
3505 International Place
Washington, D.C. 20008

Dear Mr. President:

On September 24, 1982, the People’s Republic of China signed the 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees and its 1967 Protocol. By signing this agreement the PRC agreed to share international concerns and protocols for refugees. As you know the Korean
family remains divided and those living under the Kim Jong Un regime in the North suffer unspeakable atrocities and crimes against humanity leading many to flee the country and become refugees. The UN Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in the DPRK (COI) concluded in February 2014 in describing the Kim regime: “The gravity, scale and nature of these violations reveal a State that does not have any parallel in the contemporary world.”

We are appealing to you as China’s leader with two specific requests we believe will help heal and unite the divided and suffering Korean people. First, we ask you to consider the plight of those refugees coming into China from North Korea, to provide them safe passage to a third country, and cease returning them to North Korea. Those returned under your current policies face certain torture, imprisonment and even public execution.

We respect China’s concerns about its border, and the influx of refugees illegally crossing that border fleeing persecution and deprivation in North Korea. As more and more nations become aware of this difficult situation, it is important for these nations to work with your government to help resolve this refugee crisis in a way that fulfills the goals of the Convention and Protocol. Unlike any other refugee crisis in the world, North Korean refugees have a place to go for immediate resettlement as citizens of South Korea under
Articles 2 and 3 of the Republic of Korea Constitution. In addition to South Korea, other countries have willingly resettled these refugees.

North Korean refugees need not be a burden and concern for China. While The United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHRC) will help China quickly and safely resettle these refugees, we are also asking the U.S. government to do more to facilitate resettlement. We believe working together with the international community, and the UNHCR, China can resolve this crisis quickly, safely, and according to international law.

We also ask your government to work with the government of South Korea to bring about peaceful unification of Korea by ending your support for Kim Jong Un. Kim is not only committing crimes against humanity, but is the main source of hostility and nuclear threats
in the Pacific Rim. More and more Chinese scholars and military leaders are recognizing that a peaceful and nuclear free Korean Peninsula can only be achieved when the Kim Jong Un regime is gone. We acknowledge China’s opposition to South Korea’s deployment of
THAAD, but please note the government of South Korea has taken this step because the Kim regime regularly threatens to attack South Korea, and continues to test and proliferate nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction.

With your leadership we know that the Korean family can be peacefully reunited, and the friendship between the people of China and Korea can once again flourish to expand economic prosperity for all in the region. We look forward to your response to our requests
and thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Chairman,

By reading international reports, it appears that you have good intentions in creating an anti-corruption body. I congratulate him for that. But there are enemies of his who want to continue with corruption. But in all that follows are sincere words, unadorned and without flattery.

I urge you, as a matter of urgency, to immediately order the cessation of the arrests, abuses and repatriation of the people of North Korea who are desperately fleeing from the reign of terror by the evil dictator Kim Jong Un. And may the Republic of China be of assistance so that these people can reach South Korea and other destinations that can receive it.

 Why do it?

It is necessary to do it because Kim Jong Un is a sociopath, narcissist, assassin, he believes a god which forces people to venerate him. Because he is a person who has no hesitation in betraying anyone, including the People's Republic of China. As in his country in times past, he is committing crimes against humanity. It is a reign of terror.

I suggest, and it is the best alternative to avoid the approaching war, to completely block all trade and visits from North Korea to the People's Republic of China. Kim Jong Un is a venomous snake that will bite you soon or cause you to participate in a war that is very harmful to your country. If the United States intervenes with North Korea, you do nothing.

I also apply with a time limit until June 1, 2018, to cease persecution against Christians who are in your country. I have a lot of information, photos and videos of the abuses committed by your police and "authorities" of these abuses. In the persecution of Christians, and I have to clarify something important. In the same way that many people treat Chinese, Japanese, and Koreans equally, by their physical features, and they say that you are all the same, this being false, you confuse Catholics with evangelicals.

Although perhaps you are not interested in knowing the difference, I think it is important that you know. The Catholic pope is against Evangelicals because millions of Catholics have embraced the faith of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We set ourselves as an example to the whole world, and I tell you honestly and truthfully the following:

Evangelicals do not persecute Catholics, on the contrary we explain the truth, true love and above all we set a good example. We clearly understand that they are already doomed with their beliefs of worshiping images and idolatry, and we want them to be saved. No persecution is necessary because they themselves are voluntarily imprisoned in the lie.

President Xi Jinping, if by June 1, 2018 the persecution against Christians has not ceased, and for the next few months you do not order cooperation with those who escape from North Korea, this is what is going to happen:

  1.  I am already requesting that all the nations of America and Europe, each in its sovereignty, that prohibit all business with the People's Republic of China, and that prohibit to buy any product produced in China. Why do business with the person who harasses me and harms me?

  2. I am preparing a plan for the mass exodus of all foreign companies that have factories and businesses in their country, emigrate to all the countries of America to set up their factories and businesses.

  3. If forced to take this drastic decision, the People's Republic of China would have about 5 years of good economy, then turning millions of middle-class Chinese into poor class

Bad News, China-North Korea

Testimonies of those who escaped the regime of terror say:

Eighty percent of North Korean fugitives carry poison to commit suicide if arrested in China. They would rather die than be repatriated to North Korea. "China's repatriation policy is a death sentence for North Koreans."

Deserters have repeatedly told us about the close cooperation between Chinese and North Korean security forces
